    Delivery

    How long until I get my order?

    Most of what we make here is "made-per-order" and there is a production period before shipment. You can find the production estimate on each product, but most printed products take a week or two to ship. If you have an event you would like to receive your order by just let us know in the "not to seller" upon checkout and we will try to make it happen! 

    Can I track my order?

    Of course! As soon as your order is received it is sent off to the production facility to be crafted for you. As soon as it is finished being made, you will get an email sent to the email you used at checkout with a tracking number - be sure to check your spam folder for it! 

     

    Does BoogieThreads ship worldwide?

     

    International shipping choices are available at checkout. The cost is determined by the weight of what you order. 

    We offer free shipping to all orders in the US. Just use the code "FREESHIP" at checkout! 

     

    Warranty

    What is your refund and return policy?

    We will hear all cancellation, return, and refund requests. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging. Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless full production costs are covered and we agree to the return/exchange. We will do anything we can to make sure you are happy with our products and our service!

     

    Refunds (if applicable) If you would like to return your item, please use our contact form and state the reason for your return request. You will be responsible for shipping, unless the item was damaged on arrival. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process you return at our earliest convenience. Your refund will be issued in the form of a full refund in store credit or money back with a 25% fee. 

     

    Exchanges (if applicable) We replace items if they are defective or damaged at our cost. If you need to exchange an item please use our contact form and state the reason for your request. For all exchanges, be sure to include your order number and the exact size you would like in the return package or the request will not be processed. Size exchanges come with an exchange fee to help cover the new cost of production. For damaged or defective items, please provide a brief description and a photo of the damage or defect. You will need to ship any exchange item back, unless otherwise agreed upon.

     

    Is my information secure?

    We understand how important your privacy is! We only ask you for the essential information needed to get you what ya want and are dedicated to keeping that information private! Our site uses both paypal and shopify checkout which are secured with the best encryption and anti-fraud technology available. None of the information you provide will be shared or sold to any other companies and is protected by our site.

    Payment

    What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

    All accepted payment methods will be available on the checkout page. If your preferred method is not listed, please contact us with your payment request here.

    We currently accept all major credit cards, paypal, bitcoin, apple pay, and more.

    Do you offer payment plans?

    We will set up payment plans with you on orders over $100. To set up a payment plan we need to you;

    • Fill your cart with the items you want.
    • Send us a link to your cart and payment plan request with our contact form.
    • Make first payment from the invoice we send.
